Three Easy Yoga Poses to Strengthen Your Spine at Home
Yoga practice has become so popular. If we talk about the current lockdown period, people are giving enough time to their yoga practice to improve their immunity, health condition, and fitness. People are at home to stay safe from the epidemic of COVID-19. This is the best time when you can practice yoga to strengthen your spine.

Boat pose: This pose helps maintain the right pose of the neck and back. It also strengthens the hip bones. To practice, this pose, sit straight safely on the floor using a non-slippery yoga mat. Forward your legs straight by taking the help of your both hand s in the supporting position to your hips. Now forward your arms towards your legs and point the fingers straight to your toes. Stay in the position for some time that you can manage and then relax. Repeat for more time.
Big Toe Pose: Along with the complete body stretching this pose gives relief from the pain in the spine. This pose is also helpful in improving the blood circulation of the body. To practice this pose, stand in a relaxed position with a hip-distance apart. Now bend forward with straight legs. Now wrap your toes by using the fingers of both of your hands. Draw your head with an exhale Relax during the pose and keep breathing. Slowly insert your hand under the soles and let them relax. After a recommended time come back to the normal position.
Bow pose: Lay down on a safe surface on the base of your belly. Bend your knees with an exhale and bring your heels closer to your hips. Now hold your ankles with your hands at the back. Take a deep breath and meanwhile lift your thighs from the floor. Firmly press your shoulder blades. Release and then relax.
