We always take care
of our body, hair, skin, and eyes, but do we really do something to make our
brain fit? Actually not, our daily schedule, mental stress, and restlessness
put lots of burden on our brain. We carry on with our tight schedule without
paying attention to the relaxation of our brain. These are the reasons why
people suffer from some worst brain conditions like strokes, brain hemorrhage.
Below are some bad brain conditions, which anyone can suffer from due to hectic
schedule and negligence of brain health:
- Bad headaches
- Dullness and tiredness
- Vomits
- Low learning and concentration capacity
